Withdrawing money through CAPITAL TRANSFER
– In order to withdraw money RIA MONEY TRANSFER you should visit the closest Capital Transfer Office, one of the subagents that suit you according to their location, or the Post Offices of the Macedonian Post and submit a valid identification document to the agent (ID card, Passport or Driver’s License). Specify the sender’s name and surname, location from where the money are sent, the expected money amount and the 11-digit (PIN or Order Number) received by the sender. – The agent confirms the transfer status. After its confirmation the transfer is ready for its completion, then the agent will print form that both parties should sign. – The agent will give you the money amount and your form. We suggest that you carefully count the received money amount since later reclamations will not be accepted.
Sending money with CAPITAL TRANSFER
– In order to send money with RIA MONEY TRANSFER through CAPITAL you should visit the closest Capital Transfer Office or one of our partners in Macedonia, and submit a submit a valid identification document to the agent, information about the receiver (name, surname, address) as well as the amount of the assets that you are sending. – The agent confirms the delivery status and accepts the assets that are going to be delivered. After the confirmation that the delivery is ready to be completed, which is being processed for a few minutes then the agent will print a delivery that should be signed by both parties. – The delivery note contains information (of the sender and receiver) as well as PIN or Order number for the completion of the transaction.
